Users agree to provide accurate identification and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Misuse of platform privileges or false emergency SOS triggers may result in account termination.
Rides are subject to base fares and distance rates as calculated during booking. Passengers agree to settle fares directly through supported digital methods (UPI) or cash to the pilot.
Zero tolerance is maintained for abusive behavior, disrespect, or illegal conduct. Both passengers and riders must adhere to civil decorum and mutual respect.
